The main task of wagon liner – exclude cargo wetting and spillage!
Wagon liners aimed at the creation of such cover goods technologies in open wagons, which would isolate it from the external environment, and localize the load, excluding the product’s chemical reaction with the environment, its “natural” decline due to spillage or blowing. In addition, the liner is unpacked carriage way that prevents unauthorized access to the product and makes it difficult from the opened gondola car as well as it eliminates moisture under the influence of rainfall.

In spite of the wagon liner successful construction, consumers more and more often complained of moisture through the liner. Despite the fact that the liner is made of a laminated polypropylene, which holds moisture, in the rainy weather the cargo becomes partly wet through the liner’s seams.
For wagon liner improving, our experts developed SEAM SEALING. Such sealing ais directed to avoid moisture penetration through the seams of the liner (Frequently moisture enters the space punched by needle in the manufacture of the liner) .Wagon liner with seam sealing is a guarantee of dry cargo during transportation.
This type of sealed seams has been successfully used to transport soil, oil meal and other fine-grained products!
The liner for the railway wagon is approved and widely used by shippers during bulk transport of such products as burnt lime, sodium silicate (silicate lump), mineral concentrate halite (salt). In accordance with the Rules of transportation of dangerous goods by rail, transportation of ammonium nitrate is permitted in open-top cars packed in covered wagons. But because of the impossibility of mass transportation of cargo in covered wagons it is necessary to transport it in a gondola wagon with additional safety tools – the wagon liner.
The company also produces a wagon liner that is equipped with upper loading valves using an internal all-welded polyethylene flask for 100% protection of the cargo against possible wetting and spillage.
Product unloading is made through wagon lower hatches using cut opening of woven liner material. Using this method significantly reduces the preparation time of wagon loading and does not require stripping it after discharge of the product.
