K-4 WAGON LINER DESCRIPTION
A polypropylene liner for an “envelope” type open-top wagon protects the transported cargo from moisture and spills.
TECHNOLOGY OF K-4 WAGON LINER
It is made of laminated polypropylene fabric with one-sided lamination using seam sealing technology.
The product is unloaded through the lower hatches of the open-top wagon by ripping up the liner material’s fabric.

K-4 WAGON LINER WITH DOUBLE-LAYER COVERS
The “envelope” type wagon liner with reinforced protection against moisture ingress on the transported cargo is made of laminated polypropylene fabric and polyethylene using a seam sealing technology. This type of liner has two-layer covers: the outer layer, which is made of polypropylene and the inner layer, which is made of polyethylene.
DOUBLE LAYER WAGON LINER K-4
The “envelope” type wagon liner, which consists of two layers, is made of laminated polypropylene fabric (outer layer) and polyethylene film (inner layer). In wagon liner production, we use seam sealing technology for the outer layer and thermal welding technology for the inner layer.
