This invention is aimed at creating such technologies for covering goods in an open-top wagon, which can isolate them from the external environment and localize the cargo while excluding chemical reactions of the product with the environment, its “natural” loss due to spilling or blowing, as well as getting wet under precipitation.
In the unfolded state, the liner represents a reservoir in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped, repeating the inner space of the open-top wagon. It is made from laminated polypropylene fabric. The liner’s outer seams are additionally sealed, and the inner all-welded polyethylene envelope finally insulates the load from possible wetting and spilling.
The size and number of loading arms vary depending on the loading method and technology and at the customer’s request.
It is required to use a metal mounting frame to instal and load the liner.
The product is loaded with a bunker, unloading – through the lower hatches of the open-top wagon by ripping up the liner material’s fabric.
